I call this the "Ommpah Loompah Jacket" when he wears it, or maybe even Mike before he gets smashed into millions of pieces floating above their heads in Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory.
Even the fog didn't keep those pesky little beach flies off of Justin ! He thought it was funny....me, I DESPISE them!
